2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.
- Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

5. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL).

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- If your package is lost or delayed, please check the tracking status and allow extra time before contacting us.
- If your order arrives damaged, take photos and email us at info@purenovas.xyz within 48 hours for assistance.
- We are not responsible for delays due to the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses, or customs processing.
7. Incorrect Address Policy
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
- If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us:
- You may be required to pay additional shipping fees for reshipment.
- If you no longer wish to receive the order, we will issue a refund minus the shipping cost.
